The hotel is exceptionally clean with a very modern design and based in a nice building. The staff is very attentive and the breakfast is rich and good hot. The venue is in the central location in a nice area of Daly City.

My room was decent sized and complete with coffee, 2 beds instead of a king plus the tub. The location was particularly good - short way from everywhere I wanted to go.

Convenient location near the Colma BART station, making it easy to access San Francisco. Had a room with a bath, which was a nice feature. Enjoyed lunch at the nearby In-n-Out Burger and tried their tasty fast food options.

Electricity went out, don't know who's fault it was Pg&email or Hampton Inn. Couple next door having sex really loud while with my 18 year son. Really embarrassing for both of us.

The staff were both accommodating and consistently courteous. The bathroom in our suite was large. Climate control, multi-channel television and a seating area were there too.
